Go to www.officeally.com, click 'Register' and fill out Office Ally’s online form.

You will receive a username and password by email, from support@officeally.com.

Office Ally will contact you for assistance and training, or call Network Support Services’ EDI Claims Department at (714) 937-6143. We will be happy to help you get your claims online.

There is one Payor ID for all five our our Affiliated Medical Networks.
