Providers & Caregivers;

For the next couple of weeks, we are trying to limit Denise Wada and Ashley Truong from visiting your offices so that your offices may focus your immediate attention on your patients during this pressing time.  We have asked them to do the following:

• No rounding in offices – As your teams have a lot on your plates whilst preparing and caring for the patients affected by COVID-19.
• No outreach – We don’t want to contribute to gatherings of 10 or more people as advised by the CDC.
• No In-Person meetings – They can all be done through Microsoft Teams, Skype, Zoom, phone calls, email. We will be available for contact in all methods that will work for you and your office. Please see contact sheet attached. We will be cancelling all calls and meetings unless there are matters you wish to speak with us about.

Our staff are working behind the scenes on their other quality-type duties BUT – if you us for ANYTHING please do not hesitate to reach out via phone or email. We are here to help you in any way that we can during this pressing time.
