Dear Affiliated Physicians:

In an effort to meet compliance with state, federal, and contractual requirements, all affiliated physicians will require to complete mandated training modules. All assigned physician training should be completed by December 31, 2021 to be in compliance for the 2021 calendar year’s mandated training requirements.

Providence Leadership and the Medical Directors from each region are committed to ensuring operations are conducted in a compliant manner and appreciate your partnership in ensuring completion of your respective training. The training modules that will be cascaded include

-              General Compliance and Fraud Waste and Abuse Training

-              Cultural Competency

-              Disability Awareness

-              Model of Care and Dual Special Needs Plan

All four training require an estimate time of completion of 70 minutes. Upon completion of trainings, please submit your completed training attestation by following the instructions for submission on the attestation.
